Silent Auction 2019

Silent Auction

Adding to the Fire on the Rim Mountain Bike Race and the Friday Night Spaghetti Dinner, what more to BRING OUR AMAZING COMMUNITY TOGETHER than the  Silent Auction. The result of every business or individual who donated, everyone who signed a bid sheet and the team of volunteers putting it together.

The auction in 2019 brought in more than $9500.

This year’s donations from our reliable donating sponsors included Bill Ahrendt’s art, golf certificates from both The Rim Club and Chaparral Pines, a Bearizona carload pass, Steve Backman’s bell, Randall House stay at Mary Ellen’s Cabin, Bob Gleason-Moore’s handwoven basket, That Brewery and Fancy Finds most sought after baskets and those from numerous individuals who take pride in compiling a theme basket such as Tom Heideman who added a chain saw to his firewise basket and Jeanne Kehl who completes her baskets with handwoven scarves.

We had the addition this year of handcrafted products from Sky’s Gallery valued at over $700 bringing in $620, over $700 in tickets and merchandise from the Arizona Diamondbacks and a $600 package from Hotel Valley Ho, Scottsdale Many bids such as the winning bid for the Strawberey Patcher’s quilt came in above value. We get full value donations for the gift cards and certificates provided by our generous local businesses such as Pinewood Tavern, Old County Inn, Pine Deli, Tymeless Antiques, and violin and guitar lessons from Chuck and Barbara Casey. Please see our complete list of Donors.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE CONTRIBUTING TO THIS SUCCESS. SEE YOU IN 2020 IN THE BARN!
