Silent Auction

The 2016 silent auction was a huge success

The 2016  Silent Auction brought in a record $7700 with proceeds benefitting wildfire prevention through trail building within or near the Pine-Strawberry firebreak.

Thanks to donations of theme baskets, gift certificates, art including prints/paintings, pottery, quilts, Bob Gleason’s handcrafted basket and Steve Backman’s Bell.

Returning as generous donors this year were The Cabins on Strawberry Hill, The Rim Golf Club, Bearizona, Bill Ahrendt, local artist, and potters David Sanchez and Craig Russell.  The Silent Auction was well attended and with few exceptions, all items had multiple bids and all items were recipients of happy “winners.”

We appreciate all donors, everyone who attended and bid on baskets, and our team of volunteers.  Every donation and every bid was much appreciated and contributed to this year’s success.

Thank you from Barbara Huber and Nancy Hubbs.
